Booking an Appointment

What should I expect at my first appointment?

At your first Haven Dental Studio visit, we take you through a comprehensive dental exam, including full-mouth X-Rays, evaluation of your teeth and gum health, and an oral cancer screening. We take a 3D Scan of your mouth to help diagnose any issues or changes you would like to see. Your doctor will discuss any questions or concerns. Request your appointment, here.

What if I need to reschedule or cancel my appointment?

Cancellations within 48 hours of an appointment will result in a $50 fee. There are no fees incurred to reschedule an appointment within 48 hours. Feel free to give us a call or respond to one of our email/text messages and our team will take care of the rest.

What dental services/procedures do you offer?

Haven Dental Studio provides comprehensive dental services to keep you healthy, safe and smiling. This includes everything from cleanings, general dentristy, cosmetic dentistry, Invisalign and Oral Surgery. Feel free to click on the link here for a list of all services provided.

What if I have a dental emergency?

You should schedule an emergency exam for any pain, lost or chipped teeth or crowns, and any other urgent matter regarding your oral health. During an emergency exam, a dentist conducts an examination and the patient describes their symptoms and medical history. Additional diagnostics may be required (i.e x-rays, cold tests, etc.). Once the problem is identified, the doctor will provide relief or treatment options. Treatment may include medications, temporary repairs, tooth extractions, or scheduling a follow-up procedure. Our main priority during an emergency appointment is to alleviate pain, prevent further damage, and restore oral health.

What are your hours of operation?

We are open on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursdays between the hours of 8a and 5p CST.

Insurance

Do you bill insurance on my behalf?

Yes, we directly bill your dental insurance for all applicable services rendered at Haven Dental Studio.

Can I use my HSA or FSA accounts?

Yes, we accept HSA and FSA payments.

How does dental insurance work? 

With dental insurance, patients receive a designated percentage off the regular office fees when their plan is in-network. The office will then send a claim and be reimbursed by the insurance company. Depending on the patient's insurance coverage, they might have a portion they would have to pay at the time of their visit.

When is payment due for services?

Payment is due at the time of service. We require a 50% deposit to schedule your appointment and the remaining 50% is due at the time of service.
